My years of experience as a Clinical Social Worker, in addition to my years of lived experience enables me to provide effective, nonjudgmental and compassionate care. I have the capacity to address a variety of presenting issues, which I speak to more thoroughly in the ”Services" section of my website. Person centered care and empowering people to access what they need to create lasting change is of the utmost importance to me. I know that an authentic approach will help foster a safe space to explore feelings, and solutions for individuals.

Additionally I spent many years working and owning animals. I have also been immersed in equine sports. One branch of my practice focuses solely on the grief, and sometimes trauma we experience with our animals. Accelerated Resolution Therapy is a proven therapy that can help resolve significant emotional pain associated with loss and or trauma like a dog bite, euthanasia or even a fall off of a horse; ideally helping individuals move forward.
