Introversion vs. Isolation

Do you prefer a quiet room to a noisy one?
Do you tend to process in your head before sharing a response?
Do you have a small social support network?
Do you recharge by being on your own or with a few people?
If you answered yes to most of these questions, than chances are you are an introvert or have introverted tendencies. This video explores how introversion and isolation are different, as many people get them confused or view them synonymously in recovery. They are not!

For extraverts, who prefer being around people, can handle loud environments, who process information aloud and who recharge through social activity, isolation can be more obvious but for introverts, the differences are sometimes harder to see.
