Starting this November Sue Dietrich we will be offering introduction to yoga workshops which are designed for new students and those interested in learning more about Iyengar Style Yoga. This 2 hour workshop will focus on correct alignment and the use of props such as blocks and straps to allow everyone to safely develop flexibility, strength, and body awareness. These small group workshops are suitable for people of all ages, sizes and abilities. No experience is necessary! Come and find the confidence you need to enjoy the benefits of Yoga!
