How, Not Why

Getting caught in analyzing feelings and life rather than experiencing it is a common experience, particularly for those with Addiction. Addiction is all about the dysfunctional pursuit of escape, reward, and/or relief so not feeling the feelings and focusing on ‘why did this happen?’ is a common distraction mechanism that keeps people sick. We explore the importance of going into ‘how, not why’ in this week’s message.
