Meditation Services

Richard Woodhurst has regularly practiced meditation for the last 10 years. He was formerly a member of a Tibetan Buddhist Dharma Center where he learned the rites and rituals under the auspices of Lama Guryme Rinpoche. His desire for inner peace eventually brought him to the teachings of Ramana Maharshi, where he commenced the study Advaita Vedanta and the practice of self inquiry. Today he facilitates Satsang gatherings for the practice of meditation and self inquiry as the direct experience of uncovering ones true nature. He also offers individual spiritual coaching.

Richard will be offering regular meditations at the Health Upwardly Mobile office every Sunday evening from 7 to 9 PM. The recommended donation is $15.
